Robyn is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has many experiences and specialties to draw from. Her specialties include helping clients with anxiety and depression, building self-confidence and assertiveness, trauma, bullying issues, ADHD, school phobias, attachment disorders, custody issues, foster care issues, transition and career counseling, autism issues and coping, mental illnesses, women’s empowerment, PTSD, co-parenting, divorce issues, men’s issues, sexual abuse, sexuality, and child and family issues. She has worked in many areas to include the army, factories, nursing homes, doctor’s offices, treatment centers, hospitals, schools, and court programs. When it will benefit the client, she likes to involve the whole family in the therapy process.
She is comfortable working with schools and assisting with the family side of Individualized Education Plans. She has worked with clients as young as three and as old as 70 and feels comfortable with every age. She uses Adlerian Family Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Rogerian Therapy, Exposure Therapy, Emotional Freedom Tapping, Mindfulness Therapy and Guided Meditation. Robyn loves working with people to explore ways to help them succeed and be happy in their lives.
